You might see in time that he has his own podcast, but he approached me with an idea, which I thought was excellent.

And I asked him if he would come on and present a series, which is entitled, and we mentioned this as a teaser at the beginning of part three with Eric the blacksmith and fantasms of freedom.

And this series is entitled, Poetic Perplexities, Emerging Visions of Global Empire.

So, JQ, welcome.

I think it's a great idea.

And I thank you for coming forward with that with me.

And I hope I can do you justice because

this is pretty deep stuff.

Well, thanks for having me.

I think we're both going to have a lot of fun with this topic and explore some

interesting new territory, possibly, or forgotten history.

Yeah, they're one and the same.

There's no doubt about it.

I mean, there's a frontier that we've left very far behind us because of the history

that's been suppressed, forgotten about, and probably deliberately so.

But let me ask you this.

I mean, it's pretty provocative that you would say merging ambitions of global empire.

There are a number of people who would say, yeah, you know, this has always been kind of like

in a global meme somehow, some way, usually centered in Europe.

And certainly, as we realize, definitely through the 20th century and the further we get to

this very day, tell me, if you will, what happened first, that you encountered this literature at one time,
