Good morning out there in Radio Land and welcome to Cupo Gym. I'm doing a

morning show now because it's 10 to 8 in the morning as we record here in my time

so I've got my morning coffee. Decaf thank you, don't want headaches.

And we're doing Cupo Jim, a light morning topical show like GM TV. Do they still have that in England? I think they do maybe it seems like a thing we'd still have I don't think you have big breakfast anymore that was what I watched

Because I was the youth they have that lovely show with Holly Willoughby on it which is always very charming.

Please tell me it's called the Lovely Show. Is it this morning or good morning?

I know there's two that have very similar names and one has Holly Willoughby.

But for the Americans out there and anyone who's basically not from Britain or Ireland who doesn't know who Holly Willoughby is,

go and look up some videos of Holly Willoughby on

on YouTube. She's the most like adorable charming TV presenter ever.

She's just infectiously happy at the time and she seems lovely.

I only know the name now because I'm so disconnected.

I did try watching an episode of East Enders again recently.
