My landlord's done a runner of a sort.

I've obviously sort of been giving some updates on the

podcasts occasionally every few weeks about the issues with this

house the maintenance issues that the landlord is ignoring to the

detriment of the property some of which are health risks.

We had an inspection a couple of weeks ago, the letting agent came round to have a look at all

of our complaints and they haven't been able to contact

the landlord since and I'm in the middle of sending an email back to them where I'm like

for all of the reminders that they send me when I forget to pay the rent, because you know, ADHD, I always forget to pay it on the day. The landlord's always quick to fucking get at me about that. So, where I've basically

just been left with these maintenance issues for weeks, I do feel disinclined to be prompt or present at all on rent day. I mean, first of all, I know people on the council, I shall be like putting in health complaints I

We've had to cross that point now because clearly I'm not going to get anything done through the landlord

This is not good. I've said like we have a basement where like vermin's getting in, we have plumbing issues where water is just leaking, and the landlord refused.

We had plumbers look at it and they said, the sink we have will keep leaking, it needs to come

out, and it really is

The thing that's just sort of like hanging to the wall by a bolt. It's just a weird little bowl on a pole.

Like, the plumbers have said, it's not good. It needs to come out and be replaced and the landlord's like no too
