I talked about my shoulder a bit, like, twinging a bit since June and got a bit aggravated

in a match with someone who works exclusively arms and got me in a wrist lock and used that to smash his shoulder into my shoulder, which turned out to be not great for the shoulder, just for anyone listening.

If you are considering getting put in a wrist lock and against smash shoulder to shoulder.

Make sure that your shoulder ain't twinging beforehand

because it will fucking twinge after.

So anyway, I've been putting off going to the doctor about it because I'm scared.

Just a bit worried.

Because I don't want to take time off. I got shit to do.

And I have a theory as to what is wrong with it now because I thought it might be a rotator cuff, but given something that happened a few days ago, I think I've been wandering around most of the year with a

dislocated shelter. Oh no! And didn't clock it. Oh no. I think that's what happened either it happened in June or it became that way with the

shoulder barge and it tracks because of my I mean I'm always in chronic pain anyway right and even

before that my pain tolerance is freakishly high like I've had sort of

procedures and experiences where like people are like you should be screaming and I'm not because I just it just it just it's a bit dull

Compared to what other people might feel.

And of course being in pain all the time,

you learn to shrug a lot of it off.
