And I'm gonna be honest, large we didn't get crazy with the intro, didn't go nuts with it.

Because we're morning, we're morning right now on the podfathers show.

This is gonna come out on Wednesday, but we are recording on Monday afternoon.

And we lost, we lost a good member of the family today, not not someone we personally knew.

But someone I felt like we knew, someone that I've blogged about excessively on bar stool before I did KFC blogged about him all the time.

It's just I don't know, one of the more beloved figures in entertainment, the internet, whatever I'd say, someone who's approval rating is as close to 100% as you're gonna get in these divisive times.

Even on Twitter, which is always you put a poll up on Twitter, it's 50 50 going one way or the other, no matter what the question you ask is it's actually kind of amazing.

We lost Alex Trebek on Sunday, died at the age of 80.

Pinky had a cancer, he had been battling for a while now, paddled the shit out of it too for what it's worth.

And I didn't think there was any other way to really start the show because as soon as I heard the news, I got hit by a million different people online, text messages, all that kind of stuff.

And even though I think we all hope for the best, we knew there's a chance he would still go sooner than anyone wanted to see.

And even that being said, it's still just kind of fucking, it still took the wind out of my sales, turned me upside down.

And I'll be honest with you, I was trying like a little baby right before one o'clock on Sunday, it was like 12 30 on NFL Sunday, you have all the emotions running through your body before your team plays, your fantasy team plays, you're getting the day ready for food, all this stuff.

And then Alex Trebek dies and I was crying at my computer, writing a blog for fucking 15 minutes straight.

And it goes into some other stuff, my grandmother, who was like the light of my life, died of pink, he had a cancer and I was young.

So it kind of like goes into that and you're just going in a loop and you're thinking of everyone else who has to battle these awful diseases.

But I just want to start off the show by saying RIP to the real stats, I've done the microphone in the game, Alex Trebek passed away at the age of 80.

Again, you feel like a member of these guys are members of your family and your friends, because they're on your house five days a week for a half an hour and just kind of getting you through the right of life.

Yeah, I think you you would put up something on Twitter saying, hey, I'm seeing all these little Alex Trebek things, if anyone has them, put them up now, like the funny clips from them.
