to today's podcast everyone julie and i are getting this one out a little bit late today because

we have been on calls all day with mostly real estate brokers looking for help with their real estate brokerages because

it turns out being a real estate broker just makes you broker and it turns out much of the

brokerages are basically broke.

So that's a majority of the calls we've had so far today. And it's been a very

interesting, I don't know, oddly exciting day. I mean, exciting because so many of these people who are

lamenting the, in essence, you know, decline and, you know, failure of their brokerages. They're

excited at the same time. And why are they excited? Because they didn't like of their brokerages, they're excited at the same time.

And why are they excited?

Because they didn't like owning their brokerages in the first place.

It seemed like a good idea at one point in their lives, and they sort of just got attached

to it.

They could never get rid of it, and the fixed costs made it so that they were always on the
