Summary

What does the ClubHouse App, Ego and Profit have in common? Listen to today's Sunday Special Podcast as Tim and Julie Harris discuss how to use the Clubhouse App in your business in a profitable way. In this day and age of store bought 'influencers, experts and focus on branding vs reputation' the Clubhouse app may be a true evolution in social networking. 0:06.8

sunday january 10th wow doesn't i feel like it should be like sunday april 10th at this point

0:11.5

seriously right i read something where i guess everybody's expectation was the calendar would turn

0:16.7

over and then all would be sunshine and rainbows well And, you know, there has been a lot of good

0:21.9

things that have happened in the past 10 days. But I think it's also maybe setting up for a lot of

0:27.2

stuff to happen this year. So a reminder, let's call it a warning. This is not our normal Sunday

0:32.7

podcast. So this is the Sunday podcast for Julie and I defrag from the following, or from the previous week, and we prepare for the next week, the following week, and share with you some just off the wall silly things that we go out of our way to learn about.

And we do that intentionally because we don't want to get stuck at our own echo chamber.

0:52.0

So Julie and I will oftentimes, oftentimes, we'll find

0:54.2

different articles, usually things that are, like, impossible to believe, and send them around

0:58.9

because, A, we're intellectually curious. B, we don't want to be complacent in any aspects of our, certainly our lives.

1:14.6

And the main reason really is is because we want to keep ourselves frosty for all of you guys.

1:18.8

1:30.8

boundaries, and we look intentionally for things that make us uncomfortable. The one thing we

1:34.9

never talk about, and again, I'm suggesting that maybe you guys mirror this as well, is we never

1:39.7

talk about politics. Avoid talking about politics. Avoid talking about things that's going to make people

1:44.6

not like you. Okay. Rule number one, if you want to be a good salesperson, if you want to sell,

1:49.7

you know, real estate or particular, make more people like you than dislike you. There it is.

1:54.2

Well, and Tim, here's the thing. I have, I don't spend a lot of time on social media, but, you know,

1:58.3

I take a look at the agent Facebook pages, see what people are talking about, all of that kind of stuff. And I would say by and large, they're
