Three, two, one, and we're back. We're going to pick a continuary left off yesterday. We're

talking about 2021 predictions, and these are the predictions and julia and are trying to do

a little bit of different types of predictions podcast here a lot of folks will just focus on

sort of maybe the obvious low-hanging fruit type predictions julia and i are really trying to expand

our thinking and hopefully expand your thinking as well. We're trying to integrate a lot of

micro trends, but also macro trends as relates to real estate. And we're integrating a lot of

technological trends too that maybe some of which you are aware of, but most of which I bet you are
