We're going to finish up, hopefully, the series we started the other day.

I had to go from being part-time to full-time, and I received a lot of emails about this,

and it was a lot of people who were – this is kind of – I'm not going to say it surprised

me, but people who consider themselves full-time in real estate, who are kind of telling

everyone that they're full-time in real estate, but are now realizing that they haven't

been doing the things necessary to even be considered in real estate. So moral of the story is that we are

inspiring a lot of you guys to take your career opportunity seriously. So I was on a coaching

Hottest market, seller's market, things are still selling themselves, FISBOS are able to sell themselves, all that sort of thing. And then he said, I looked in the expires today, and there were total three expires. I said, okay, let's find, let's go and go to the

MOS, and I want you to go back 180 days. They want you to tell me how many expires there were.
