Three, two, one. All right, we are back. It is Friday, May 1st. We've now officially been through

two months of coronavirus 2020.

Which is a leap year.

That meant that February had 28 days.

March had at least 300 days and probably April's going to feel like 500 days,

whatever 2020's got in store, including aliens, forbearances,

unemployment for agents, and a lot of other weird stuff.

So we woke up this morning and read in our local, you know, community Facebook page that the governor of Puerto Rico has decided to extend the lockdown for Puerto Rico through the end of May.

Yes.

And that, I know, though I think we're waiting to confirm this, the curfew was set at

seven o'clock and Julie thinks it's now. It was at nine for a while. Then they made it seven. And now

it's being ratcheted back to three. A lot of you guys are being sent out into the wild. Not us.

We're more in captivity. Well, I'm going to confirm that because that just sounds

loony tunes to me but we're going to find out so just we're going to talk today about obviously the

headlines we're also going to be sharing with you guys what we're gathering will be what life will be

like in the sort of post lockdown post-quarantine world is mostly as it pertains to real estate
