Well folks, I'm finally back from covering the Ironman World Championships down in Kona and thanks to the people who commented on some of the videos and some of the content I was sending back from there.

1:02.0

We're back to our normal high quality audio instead of that dinky little digital recorder I used in last week's podcast. And in today's podcast, I have a pretty interesting guest. Her name is T.S. Wiley and I had heard a few different interviews with her before, read some of her material and was simply intrigued by some of the work that she's done in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

1:32.0

And so I decided to get her on the show and we had a fantastic discussion that I would encourage you to listen into. Not just if you're a post-menopausal female or someone who is concerned about or preparing for menopause, but also if you're a guy with a daughter or a wife or a girlfriend or a mother, these are issues that you should know about because there are ways that you can help the people that you love to live longer, have more energy and avoid.

2:01.0

Some of the dangerous mistakes that people make when it comes to hormone replacement. So listen into today's podcast to the feature topic on today's podcast and it's going to be information that you're going to hear a lot of other places.

2:16.0

So we do have some special announcements this week. I do have a little bit of listener Q and A. Not quite so many questions this week as we've gotten in previous weeks, so a little bit more time to devote to the interview.

2:29.0

So we're going to go over a few special announcements and then we're going to move straight on to the listener Q and A and then our featured interview with T.S. Wiley.

2:46.0

Special announcements.

2:50.0

Okay, so in today's special announcements, I've got a couple announcements for you triathletes out there. If you're not a triathlete, hit the fast forward button and move on to the listener Q and A.

3:00.0

If you are a triathlete, stick around. The first and probably the most important thing that I want to talk to you about is the opportunity for you to actually participate in the training camp in Austin.

3:15.0

Now right now we have five people signed up for the camp, have committed to the camp. Now the deal is that this camp is taking place at what's called an endurance ranch, which is basically a house designed for endurance athletes to come and train. And it is brand new.

3:34.0

I mean, this house is just launching in January. Now the guy who purchased this house along with another pro triathlete, he called me up on the phone and we know each other, we've raised against each other, we go back a couple of years.

3:47.0

Because he knows that I'm a coach, he wanted to know if I would like to give my athletes and the people who listen to my podcast and the triathletes that I know,

4:00.0

the first opportunity to go down there and throw down an all inclusive camp at this ranch down in Austin. And in exchange for that, he offered me much, much lower pricing than what the house is going to be going for.

4:18.0

So I am able to turn around and offer an all inclusive triathlon training camp that is basically a fraction of the cost of what you normally get.

4:26.0

I surfed around on the internet and what I found was there was an average of about 900 to 1200 dollars for most triathlon training camps that were about seven days long, which is what this one's going to be.

4:41.0

But that did not include lodging and it only included two meals during the day. So what I put together was a camp that includes everything.

4:51.0

So all your training sessions, all your lodging, which, you know, normally, you know, with the type of rooms that you're going to get in base green TVs and internet connections and a lounge and, you know, a massive kitchen, you know, you'd be paying 100 bucks a month or 100 bucks a day easily.

5:08.0

And so that's going to turn a triathlon training camp into a, into a 2000 or up to a 2500 dollar affair. I've put it all together and what we're doing is actually everything all inclusive training camp down in Austin.

5:23.0

And rather than that 2000 or that 2500 dollar fee, what I'm doing is 1300 dollars for everything.
