the what would it be Julie the neuroses or the neuroticism that our world is currently experiencing

with the dichotomy of news headlines the collective weirdness of 2020 but before we get started

I want to share with you guys something.

I mentioned this yesterday at the end of the podcast and I did it. I followed through. So listeners,

I did my own, I kept my word and I did my own homework. So I'm going to suggest all this to you

because the experience I had from doing this was, as expected, it was really wonderful. So this is

something cost you no money and all of you should be doing.

So I showed overt gratitude to 20 people yesterday.

I'm sure some of you are some of those 20 people.

And I sent little emails or messages in Facebook or whatever, just simple one-liners, those types of things,

telling people how much I appreciate them and telling them if they ever feel underappreciated from our lack of gratitude that I

apologize, stuff of that nature. And I was obviously being sincere. And the response back was,

in some cases, it was just, you know, a turt response. Like, sure, same way, bro. You know that.

And others were people that, um, they're based on the responses.

I can tell that they had really needed a show of gratitude from somebody.
