| 1:22.6 | And a spoke represents a source of business, and obviously the more spokes your wheel has, |

| 1:29.7 | Now, a couple cautionary tales here. |
| 1:31.7 | You do not go from one spoke to the next unless the first spoke is 90% perfected. |
