Yes, hello there, it is David Ralph from Join UpDots.

And this is another bonus edition of Join UpDots, our little bite-size motivational questions

from listeners or occasionally just thoughts that are going through my mind.

And when I started doing these, I didn't quite expect to get so much

response from them I kind of threw them out to sort of test how they were going to

fall and certainly it's become one of these things that I get more sort of little feedbacks about these and I can understand it in so many ways because it's quick and you can just sort of listen to it.

If you like it, you can listen to it again and it's not like plowing through one of our normal episodes which are an hour and hour plus.

ones that I really had to step back and think about it because even though I talk

about this on a daily basis, when somebody poses a question to you,

sometimes you can't quite answer that question straight off the bat.
