have to give you a heads up. I got like two hours of sleep last night. I could not friggin sleep.

I feel like crap. But I got to show up for the podcast each and every week

barring some major catastrophe. So I got to fight through. We got to push through adversity. That's

what I'm doing today. I have no idea how long I'm going to go. Before we get started, I did want to

give out, as you guys know, I like to give out little endorsements. People send me products to try.
