Todays guest joining us on the Join Up Dots free podcast interview is a lady who has a huge mission in her life.
And as we see all the time, when someone has a mission in their lives, they start influencing more and more people across the world to buy into that mission too.
And that is certainly the case with todays guest, who is co-founder of Black Girls Run, a grassroots organization that encourages and inspires African-American women to live a healthy lifestyle.
While currently serving at the helm of Black Girls RUN!, she is also a freelancer writer for Zelle (a Runner's World publication) and a blog ambassador for Brooks Running.
She has been named one of the "30 Black Bloggers You Should Know" by The Root, Essence Magazine's and recently received Toyota's Standing O-Vation Award presented at Oprah's 2014 "The Life You Want" Weekend in Atlanta.
But if you think this lady has all the time in the world to get these recognitions then think again, as most of this began when she was still a fulltime employee.
She had the hustle muscle, and was willing to put in the out of hours effort that was required to get to where she is today.
So with a manta of "Do What You Love. Love What You Do." does she find that the majority of people go "Yes, that's what I want" and then do nothing about making that happen at all?
And does she see what she has built so far just being the tip of the iceberg. and the true vision of what it can become is starting to truly reveal itself?
Well let's bring onto the show to start joining up dots, as we discuss the words of Steve Jobs in todays free podcast, with the one and only Toni Carey
