actual and getting started here about 1158 a.m a couple announcements quickly.

I was going to actually try to just keep going to three hours you guys but honestly this

week was like dead for news I don't know what the hell was going on. I mean there's

obviously plenty of news but a lot of it's like boring and I don't want to

bring you guys too much boring stuff. But I do have another announcement if you

saw my Instagram story. I did start another have another

Instagram story I did start another Instagram account for podcast news so it's at world news with

BK and I do link to it frequently and I did that because I've gotten some criticism from

more social media savvy friends of mine because I really don't post on my main

account I put up a lot of stories and stuff, but those aren't really shareable.

And some of my friends were like, dude, you got to like post stuff,

and that way people will pick it up and share it.

And I'd appreciate you guys if you did that to kind of get the word out.

I'm going to try to basically put on there, you know, like funny stuff that you guys send me that kind of floats under the radar as well as just overall

interesting things that I think will spark some debate. So if you guys see

something on there please follow me first of all and especially bigger accounts

I'd appreciate you maybe putting it on your story occasionally and that will help grow that.
