Back from that road trip

I had you guys probably if you follow me on Instagram at BK actual or Twitter at Bravo Kilo actual probably saw me rolling through the Southwest

I ended up doing about two thousand three hundred miles in that road trip went through

Let's see Flagstaff Albuquerque Pueblo Denver Estes Park in Colorado where the beautiful magnificent majestic

Rocky Mountain Park is and then kind of back to Denver and then from Denver to Moab spent a few days out there mountain biking and

Then back to Flagstaff and back San Diego. So here I am once again

Good to be coming at you guys a little warning here

I think because of maybe the constant dry air and then back to the humidity. I have a horrific cough

I even debated not doing the podcast today

So I will do my best. I decided no you guys need to get this you guys need to get the news. I need to get through it

And I will attempt to you know cover the mic and do all that stuff. Hopefully I don't hack it up too bad
