straight up. How do you define or what is flow? I define flow as when everything goes smoothly,

we call that flow. When success happens effortlessly, we call that flow. But there's something even deeper than that.

If you go more into flow, it becomes an altered state of consciousness

where time stretches, time slows down.

Reality gets this liquid, energetic quality, and your state is super lucid.

And I say that there's three ways in which we normally enter that state.
