the two and a half hour monologue.

get started as of as probably some of you probably know last weekend I did another one of the so-com

athlete Hell Day events where we take young aspiring special operators you know

young guys want to be SEALs green braidses, PJs, Combat Controllers.

And we give them a little PT test and mess them up pretty good on the beach.

And we had a great instructor, Kaudre.

Shout out to the guys from the basic reconnaissance course,

the USMC guys were there.

My man Mike, Olympic operator, former combat controller,

was there, myself a couple Ranger guys,

and it was just a good crew. And as usual everybody did really well and it was a huge group. It was like 35 guys plus so it was a pretty wild event and it was a lot of students. So one thing I thought I would tell all of you guys

if you're out there training that I told the class.

So for your PT test at least,

I would suggest strongly that you train for the swim portion using a

freestyle stroke because I keep seeing a lot of guys do the side stroke thing and

side stroke is great don't give me wrong and that's what you're going to be

using in the selection courses
