is may the 21st and we have a lot of great stories to share with all of you guys. And a continuation from yesterday, we have more really, well, I would say mostly really fantastic news as it relates to housing in the economy.

And yes, I know I'm getting a little bit out of my shoulders getting a lot out of whack doing all this patting ourselves in the back routine.

But as Julie and I

predicted we are experiencing a mini housing boom in real estate we have lots of no

longer just anecdotal evidence but we have actual facts to back it up you all

should be very very excited and I'm hoping you're translating that excitement

into action not just you know listening to us but actually going out there and trying to make the most of this mini housing boom.

And there's definitely a mini housing boom going on out there.

I can report straight from coaching calls as well as from our premier coaching call that happens every single day that these guys guys are indeed busy at work and in the,

well, I guess we could call them normal people price ranges, first time buyers, maybe the second

and third move-ups, still seeing some multiple offers when it's priced right. And things are

going pretty quick. I think that we're still suffering from lack of inventory as things come on

the market and get snapped up.
