We are absolutely sticking by our prediction that there's going to be something that feels like a real estate boom

that will be abbreviated lasting a series of months, six on the outside if we're lucky,

and then said real estate boom will be followed by what feels like a very, very slow

buyer's market. And that is the natural transition and natural thing that we're going to

experience until there is a cure for the virus or a therapy. I'm almost getting tired of saying

this every day.
