And for those of you who are following my Instagram, you probably saw I made a quick trip to Tucson to see my old boss get retired.

And as Chief Master Sergeant Chris of the United States Air Force par rescue community,

it was a really cool ceremony and really cool to see a lot of familiar faces again.

And the farther you are removed from the military service is when you start seeing those

less familiar faces and a lot more of them but it's all good it's a brotherhood and i was really

happy to be there so huge shout out to him guys a warrior um everybody was there a little bit about

teadog if you guys have probably seen that j Lynch rescue video floating around on YouTube,

you can actually see Chris. He's the PJ who's next to her in the bed, treating her as the seal team is getting ready to extract Jessica Lynch.

Remember that from the early days of the Iraq War. Chris is a long time member of Jay Sock and then he went on into the reserves.

Had a great career there.

And it was really cool seeing him and a lot of familiar faces.

So huge shout out there.

I will be conducting the PT test for the Socom athlete crew and a little hell day out there on the beach.
