breaking news unfolding as we speak and this is the situation in Venezuela talked about it

before you guys if you've been listening you're kind of spun up on what's going on

there's a big crisis down there so let's see if we can make heads or tails

out of it. Now, right before I started recording here at 12.06 p.m. Pacific Coast time.

President Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela has severed diplomatic ties with neighboring Colombia,

and two protesters have been killed in clashes on

Venezuela's southern border with Brazil. Now, the president, Maduro, has been in a standoff

for weeks with political opponents who questioned the legitimacy of his election to a second

term in office and are forcibly trying to bring

tons of humanitarian aid into the country. And if you scan social media, you can see some of

those truckloads of humanitarian aid actually have been set on fire. So crazy stuff going on.
