And I'm going to get to that in a minute. Before I do, just to recap a few things that happened before we get in the news.

I had another one of the events last night from my friend Jason at Socom Athlete. And I'm sure

a lot of you guys saw it. And I talked about it last week how basically he runs that business

where we train up young guys

who want have an interest in joining special operations community and Jason has him come out

and we give them like a PT test like an entry level PT test what they can expect when they're

trying to get into one of these units selection courses you know you have to have a baseline PT

standard so we run them through that

and then we took him to the beach at night and if you go to my instagram page you can see like some

video clips and some photos of that and it was a lot of fun and it was really cool seeing all the guys

and like i told them last night you know we had it had it, we had an age range from, like,

I know one kid was 17 and another guy was like 28. These guys all across the board were

almost all of them were like way ahead of where I was when I joined the military, not knowing

what I was getting into. And as I told them last night you know what it takes

guts just to show up to an event like that and yeah we were like no shitting him it was me uh jason
