The Michael Vary Show is on the air. We had a riveting conversation this morning over the very important issue of waterbeds and the subject of waterbeds. I watched the

movie about Schmidt this past weekend and I've been in a Jack Nicholson phase of going

back and watching all of his movies and seeing his characters in each of the movies. About Schmidt is a movie. I don't

remember hearing anybody ever talk about, but it's a very interesting movie.

It's not a date night, fun, Valentine's movie by any stretch.

It's kind of an older version of American beauty, you know, the

American dream for him turned out to, you know, it's realistic, you know, he's in a marriage, He doesn't know if his wife loves him or he's not sure he loves her and things she does gets on his nerve. I don't want to ruin all of it and his daughter he wasn't really a good dad he wasn't very attentive so she's

going off and marrying this absolute goober and this goober's mom is Kathy Bates and she is as usual

amazing I think she's a great actress

and oddly or

depending on your interest

Kathy Bates is naked in a scene.

So you see Kathy Bates's boobs, which you never expected you were going to see.

And it is her boobs.

I mean, it's not a stunt double but the the son-in-law or the guy she's planning to marry

sells waterbeds and we got to talk about waterbeds and the whole thing and there used to be a waterbed

company and based out of Houston called Superior Waterbeds and the daughter

he'd have his daughter on the ads and her name was Destiny and it turns out she

listens to our show so she called the show and we talked to her about her dad's waterbed
