Happy Saturday, my beauty. How you doing today? Oh my goodness. I am just feeling all kinds of

high vibes and sunshine. So I wanted to come and share it because we know that thoughts grow stronger as they are shared.

So let's just start today with a prayer. I think we've been end in our podcast with a

prayer a lot. Let's start today with a prayer. And then I will share with you the message from my

heart. Dear God, we surrender and release. We release the attachment, we release any form of push, any

form of angst, any form of make it happen, any form of control. And we release all

of our desires into your infinite will and possibilities.

Because we know that what we seek is seeking us.

We know that when we live by your principles,

that you bring all of our good to us so that we can fulfill our purpose at the highest level.

In this moment, we detach from any notion, any conditioning, any programming that has brainwashed us into thinking,

we need to make it happen or worse fear that what we

desire won't happen and in the release we feel the space we feel the space for your spirit to dwell we feel the space. We feel the space for your spirit to dwell.

We feel the space for your love to fill us.

We feel the space for your joy to surround us.

We feel the peace that passes all understanding and we pray this believing amen

all righty bringing my sweaty self to you after about 45 minutes on the treadmill my commitment to my transforming of my body in the healthiest ways.

And the reason that I am is sort of twofold.

One, it's because of hashtag baby love.

And two, it's because I didn't block my good and I said yes.

Even though what I said yes to makes zero sense if you are living according to the physical plane.
