It is another episode from isolation and I do hope you're all keeping well and healthy.

This week I of course have had plenty of time on my hands and that is such an unusual thing for me to ever say.

I have literally folded my knickers. If you come to my home now it's like being in a hotel.

I looked through all my makeup I discovered, I had 24 pink lipsticks in more or less the same or various shades of the same colour.

There's definitely something gone very wrong in my life to be holding on to all this stuff and I realized and it was a bit of an

epiphany really why have I got all this stuff because I don't need it it took me

back to life prior to isolation, very hectic, very busy, traveling

here, traveling there, traveling everywhere. So I'm very guilty of grabbing on the go or coming in at

three o'clock in the morning I've got a flight at seven o'clock, haven't packed,

what do you do? I'll get it all at the airport. I've realized that this will not be my life going forward.

What I've also realized in isolation that I am really happy with myself. It has been a time of

reflection. Do I need anything in this world? No. As long as I've got my health, my family, my loved ones and my friends.

I have a roof over my head and I can eat, preferably three meals a day. Life's good. I've also found myself looking more

at the smaller things in life and I am loving it.
