We have lots and lots to catch up on this week, so I'm delighted to be rejoined by my good friend

Good morning. We are reunited.

We are indeed, still virtually, but one day in real life and we just need to say a quick

thank you to Zoe Forsee who did a lovely interview with Stuart Pierce last week talking about

his work as Princess Diana's voice coach and other things that's very exciting but

now you know I mean there's not been a lot going on while you've been away on holiday but

the best news is when you came back yesterday I mean obviously there's been a huge

amount going on that was me being classic sarcasm we'll be catching up on all of that

later the Cambridge's visit to Scotland's what the Sussex has been up to.

All of the fallout from Panorama,

which came out the day after we last recorded

and we kind of previewed, pretty sort of predicted fairly well what was going to be,

although pretty seismic how it all came out.

But, you know, Russell is back from his holiday

and the great news is,

we're getting another day of holiday next year. Thank you.

We are! Celebrations all round. A four day extrabaganza for the platinum Jubilee, lots of people very happy.
