We're going to talk about one of the biggest mistakes people make when they have plantar

0:24.6

fasciitis or heel spurs.

0:27.5

Now the plantar fascia is a connective tissue sheath right underneath the foot and a lot

0:33.4

of times it could become inflamed and you'll feel pain mainly in the heel area but sometimes

0:38.9

in the middle area right here.

0:40.6

You can have micro trauma going on, you can also have a buildup of uric acid crystals

0:47.2

which I'm going to talk about or you can even have oxalic crystals from certain things

0:52.2

1:22.6

Now one of the biggest mistakes that people make with plantar fasciitis is to actually

1:28.4

stretch your calf or foot.

1:31.8

Now why is that a mistake?

1:33.1

Because when you're stretching this soft tissue and you have micro tearing it can actually

1:38.7

aggravate their tears.

1:41.4

Last thing you want to do is stretch something that is torn or irritated.

1:45.1

Now at the end of this video I'm going to show you the correct way to do it that will

1:48.0

give you tremendous relief and you can apply this even with flat feet so stay tuned for
