Hello and welcome to best laid plans.

0:11.9

This is your host Sarah Hart Unger and this is the podcast where we talk about all things planning and planning adjacent.

0:18.4

If I do not sound like my usable self today, and I do not think that I do,

0:22.9

it is because I am sick, a little sick anyway.

0:26.2

And this episode is all about things related to being sick,

0:29.9

because I know that I am not the only one having this experience right now.

1:22.2

these plans, I think you will not have lost out on anything. So the first thing I was thinking about is having

1:28.7

medications in the house. If you are somebody that has kids and likes to use certain liquid

1:34.5

medications like perhaps children's ibuprofen or Tylenol or various supplements like

1:39.9

elderberry or other things, make sure that you have everything on hand rather than scrambling

1:46.0

to get these things when you're already sick or you already have a sick kid.

1:49.8

Have kind of a minimal baseline pharmacy that you keep in your house either for your kids,
