0:07.0	The Steelers have made two free agency moves here on Tuesday, signing.
0:11.2	Nate Herbig, the offensive guard from the New York Jets, formerly of the Philadelphia Eagles,
0:16.3	and also bringing back Demonte KZ, the safety signed in free agency last year and became a
0:22.9	budding partner with Mick up its Patrick and Terrell Edmonds in this past season.
0:26.9	Both, according to Jerry Duleck with the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, have signed two-year deals with the team.
0:31.7	Now, let's break down who these guys are.
0:33.5	First of all, Herbick appears to be an Andy Weidel move.
0:36.8	Of course, Andy Weidel is one of the new guys that they brought into the front office to help Omar Khan. He's going to charge a personnel, Andy Widal, a huge history with the Eagles. This is more of his line. Herbig is a massive individual when you look at, look at his build. 6-4-3-34 moves well, gets to the second level to block linebackers, and is graded well as a
0:55.6	run blocker, a top five run blocker, according to pro football focus from this past year.
1:00.0	I've only had a time to watch limited tape, so I can't promise you that my insight into him
1:05.5	is that deep, but I think it's a good move because it gives the Steelers a guy who looks like he's physical.
1:11.9	You have to sharpen up his past blocking skills. I saw a couple reps here and there that weren't
1:15.8	pretty, but he's 20, he's going to be 25 years old at the start of the season. If nothing else,
1:20.8	this is something to put pressure on Kevin Donson, who as we reviewed going into this, going, coming out

1:31.8	and he kind of balanced himself out in the end of the year this this kind of a pick and hervick
1:36.1	gives the Steelers an option to say hey Kevin Dontson if you don't shape up and become consistent
1:39.7	here's a guy that's going to push to replace you but and on top of that the other thing is this offers the Steelers what may be the most reasonable pick as far as an extra man who can help at either guard position.
1:51.3	James Daniels is probably going to lock down right guard for some time.
1:54.2	But the Steelers, note, we knew that they needed to add to this offensive line group and it looks like they have.
