I hope you had a happy Martin Luther King Junior day.

Martin Luther King was a great man and he did a fun of great things. I'm also I'm incredibly sick today. I

apologize I intended to get the podcast out around 12 o'clock noon today. I

woke up incredibly sick I wanted to wait as long as possible.

Record the podcast so my voice can get back to normal.

It's still not perfect, but here it is.

It's a great show to know. I've prepared a fantastic,

fantastic podcast for you guys. I want to start with this. Growing up in high

school I played in the Greater St Helens League in Southwest Washington for

football and there were seven or eight teams there were always three playoff spots though and

those three playoff spots always went to the same three teams always went to union

camis and sky, I played for Skyview union canvas and Camus and Skyview, every single year those three teams are the

teams that made it into the playoffs.

They were well coached and the thing was that made them so great was they had the same coaches

for years and years and years they had

built they had built incredible systems and then there was a high school called

Evergreen High School. Evergreen High School always had Division I college football players.

I mean they had incredible, incredible athletes.

In fact Robert Franks who just broke the Washington State three point record at my local high school.
