Hello and welcome. You're listening to the Sky Sports Pitch to Post preview with me, Kate Belaga for another international special. Yes, it really is that time again already. We'll be looking

ahead to England's forthcoming fixtures, plus it's crunch time for Scotland and Northern Ireland as they look to clear the final play-off hurdle and book their place at next summer's Euros.

We'll be dissecting those games later with the men close to the camps.

Well, firstly, off the pitch for England, it's been a stormy couple of days, with FHM and Greg Clark

resigning just hours after using offensive language around race, gender and sexuality during

an address to MPs. Tyron Ming's spoke to the media as the fallout continued and admirably

tackled it head on. Here's a little bit of what he had to say about why

words matter. Like I said, I'll reiterate my point that we do still have a very, very long way to go,

and I think there's no shame in that. There's no shame in knowing that we can all improve.

There's no shame in knowing that we all have to have uncomfortable conversations because

whilst it doesn't affect large proportions of society or the community it

does affect it does affect some segments of it and like you said football is such a

diverse community that we have to be aware of what is appropriate for one another
