Americans could get a license to hunt cartel members.

A proposal to bring back a program from the past could create a type of bounty hunter's system,

allowing Americans to fight gangs and cartels and make money while doing it.

Meanwhile, President Trump has announced the rolling out of his plan to launch reciprocal tariffs on other countries,

and in response to this,

other countries are also now discussing possible retaliation against the United States. And some of this

could also include foreign actions against Elon Musk in particular. Also, the U.S. Justice Department,

under newly confirmed Attorney General Pam Bondi has announced a lawsuit against

New York, Kathy Hockel, and Letitia James over the state's handling of illegal immigration.

It is now possible Americans, you and I could get a license to be allowed to hunt cartel members. Members of Congress are now suggesting the letters of mark and reprisal going back to the early 1800s,

these could again be activated.

And the program under one of the US founding fathers, President James Madison,

this allowed people to receive a government license to become privateers or corsairs,

to go and fight pirates.

And it also allowed them to attack and capture certain enemy vessels,

maybe the time it was boats, now it could be cars or something,

or maybe cartel houses.

If this is brought back, it could create a type of bounty hunter system

that would allow Americans to fight gangs and cartels and get paid to do it.
