| 0:20.9 | And I'm John David. J.D. Hey, Bo. Good afternoon. See you, sir. How are you doing today? I'm doing pretty good. Yeah, it's a full weekend and got my sister in law in town. I've been hanging out and putting up Christmas tree stuff. And, man, today's the day. We're going to deck the halls here at the Country Squire. So, yeah, I've got to put up the greenery and, you know, our little Christmas time, you know, widgets and whatnot. I'm going to take Chief Ramrod out over here and try to make him a little more festive. So, yeah, it should be good. You know, it's interesting because we've made mention of this from time of time on the show. But in the country square, in the old location and now, of course, in the new location, there has been kind of this constant hanging mistletoe of this tobacco, these tobacco leaves that have like hung above for, I guess, a couple of years now at this point. No, that's right. It's been, gosh, probably four or five years. And so, like, in many respects, you've got the mistletoe hanging year round, except it's just locally grown tobacco. You know, it's funny. Of course, that's that tobacco. It's a parake plant that we grew in the planters in front of our old shop. Right. And, you know, when it got kind of scraggly looking, I harvested it. |
| 1:29.0 | We hung it up there. |
| 1:29.9 | And it was, it was pretty cool, you know, but yeah, it's, I don't know, what do you, you know, if you, if you kiss under mistletoe, what do you do under, under a tobacco leaf? Yeah. So I don't know. I'm tempted to say light your bowl, but at the same time, you got to be careful now. |
| 1:45.1 | That bad boy is ready to go up in flames. |
| 1:46.9 | You got to be careful. |
| 1:47.5 | No, that at the same time, you got to be careful now. |
| 1:45.1 | That bad boy is ready to go up in flames. You got to be careful. No, that's the thing. You know, like I've said, we've talked about this before. People have threatened to take a leaf of that and smoke it. Yeah. And, you know, that tobacco up there is so incredibly foul. I mean, once you scrape the cobwebs off it, I mean, think about all the smoke particles |
| 2:03.0 | that have been infused in those tobacco leaves. |
| 2:08.7 | I'm sure it would be just a terrifying experience. |
| 2:11.7 | Someday it will happen, and it will be on the last day of someone's life. |
| 2:15.8 | I don't know. |
| 2:16.1 | We get... |
| 2:16.6 | Yeah, exactly. Them nuns from St. Dominic's Hospital will be rushing the last day of someone's life. I don't know. We get... Exactly. |
| 2:34.2 | Them nuns from St. Dominic's Hospital will be rushing down here, you know. Exactly. Take care of the poor person. Exactly. Yeah, you know, yeah, we got to think about that. If you kiss under mistletoe, what do you do under tobacco leaves? I don't know. I'm sure the answer is about it. Maybe we'll get some feedback. |
| 2:34.5 | Yeah. |
| 2:35.0 | On that. |
| 2:35.2 | Hey, |
| 2:36.0 | speaking of feedback. |
