Doing hard things, you know, I think everybody who does Cross Fit gets that and there's growth in that and anything that is easy in life is not that rewarding, you know, like if something's easy it's kind of like oh that was cool but now what's next and so there's just

me personally and you guys too I'm 99% sure is I need something to train for you know

and like for years for me and that that goal I'm not like a goals guy as far as like I

need a monthly goal or something to hit every month or whatever, but I need

something to aim at or something to train for.

And you know, the games has been that for years.

Leadville last year and I think the hunting, Leadville Prep prepares you for the mountains as well,

which I liked the kind of how that, just kind of ride that, literally ride that into hunting season.

And so, you know, I think it's just seeking out things that are difficult and finding yourself or finding some growth in those things. Is this first, is this the first podcast?
