What is the first mission that you have with them, with install, with the playbook, with getting them into their new language?

Take me through like that first week or the first OTA periods you're going to have with these new quarterbacks into your system.

Well, they're going to have plenty of information already before.

We're not just going to install a play at a team meeting and say, okay, it's the first time

you ever heard it. He's going to already have seen it, read it, seen cutups about each play.

So it's not going to be its first time. And we're going to go over it in OTAs. We're going to

go over a rookie mini camp. We're going to go over a training camp. And then we restarted again during the preseason and try to hit some of the same concepts.

We throw as much information as we can add them, see how much they can handle.

But for the most part, we try to get our core nucleus of plays in there.

Try to get a feel for what he's good at, what he's comfortable with.

And that's a tough thing. You know, a lot of times coaches make quarterbacks adjust to what the coaches want,

not the other way around.

I try to get a feel for what guys were good at and try to adjust what I would do to what they can do.
