Cast net's going to weigh, you know, any, maybe it's 20 pounds.

And I'll have a cast net in a bucket and I'll simply do step-ups onto the cooler from the ground while I'm

holding this bucket. That is a fantastic workout. You can do a workout that is as many step-ups as you can get in a certain amount of time.
