On December 2nd, 2010, 24-year-old Phoebe Hansjuck was found dead on the floor of her apartment

building's garbage compactor room. Her death was slow and painful as she bled to death, alone, and in pain, on the dirty floor.

Now nearly 10 years have passed and her family is still searching for answers.

This was a strange way to die. We can all agree on that. How and why Phoebe died that day

has really become a complex narrative of alcohol and drug abuse, domestic discord, police incompetence, and alleged cover-ups.

So what we're looking at today for a beer is a sazon called Luss Surin, wild

sazon by Luss Surin Brewing from Alphington Victoria, Australia.

So it's a nice cloudy yellow beer with an off-white head,

retains well, got a very yeasty kind of funky aroma, some citrus and sweet malt.

Nice taste, yeast, funky stuff.

Orange, lemon, little caramel.

It's kind of on the dry side.

Not a lot of alcohol in it.

Good beer.
