And by everybody, you mean me, because I can't imagine anyone wants to talk about that Sixers game.

Derek Bonner, joined by Kyle Neuback as we talk about the Sixers, 124 to 114 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans,

where they tried to turn around 42 minutes of indifference with six minutes of spirit

play and found out that is tough to do.

Hey, don't, Kyle.

Well, Derek, I have a little more spirit than I think the Sixers did for three and a half,

roughly quarters.

That was, I mean, look, I'll admit, honest the hour, I saw Joel and Bede was a scratch due to an illness and you get that just like,

here we go again kind of feeling after watching them go to Minnesota and get their doors blown off

but there is the little bit of hope that you start with you say okay that situation was you're coming

off a back to back you're against a very good team this is not that scenario right you're on the road

against what has up to this point been a very mediocre midling pelicans team and they

did see j mccullin back so they got a little shot there yeah they did but you know they still have

enough talent to potentially compete with these guys and win and you're not at a real rest disadvantage

and then they showed up as if they had all been late scratched from this game

and it was not just drawling bead and to me this game was basically over at what the six

minute mark of this game is that too early i don't know when we could have declared it over but

yeah i think they're they're down by like 15 or so at that point it didn't get uh i think
