My name is Bill Mats, and I'm your director of Fun and Games for the evening.

The Flyers can be a disaster through 35 minutes tonight.

They had three even strength shots on goal.

Yikes.

Not very good.

But we're just going to kind of see inconsistency out of them.

When those top four guys that we spent so much time talking about after Thursday's game

play to their highest level, they're going to have a chance to win a lot of nights.

When they don't, they're going to spend most of the game in the defensive zone, as we saw

today.

Yeah, I think my big takeaway from this game, and like you said, they showed in game one

that they're most likely not going to be a dumpster fire, but today was an example of what

happens when you have the defense core that they have. And in fairness, this isn't their full

decor. You know, if they get the wrist of line from last year, that should help a bit. I think

Zamola maybe doesn't have the ceiling of Emil Andre, but right now is probably the better

defenseman. So they do have a path to making the defense core a bit better quickly if they want to.

But it's still basically Travis Anheim, who I really like but is a second pair guy.

He's their number one.
