• On Friday, an estimated 8,000 gallons of water-soluble latex finishing solution spilled into Otter Creek in Bucks County, PA—near the Delaware River, where an estimated 58% of Philadelphia gets its water. • With city officials concerned about the quality of water throughout Philadelphia, some are concerned about “price-gouging” by grocery stores—charging higher than usual prices for bottled water.
