We go to James Finel.

He is co-author of the new book Embracing Communist China, America's

Greatest Strategic Failure. He is also a government fellow at the Geneva Center for Security Policy

and a retired U.S. Navy intelligence officer serving with

the fleet in the Pacific for much of those years.

We're looking now at the Philippines under pressure by the People's Republic of China

using its Coast Guard and other bullying tactics these last months.

Most recently however, their remark, a diplomatic remark made by the Philippines defense... Recently however the
