week. I'm your host Amanda Bible Williams. And I'm your other host Rachel

Myers and this is week one of the many plans in the

summer of Paul as we have called it. Still an unofficial name. Still an

we're working on it. I really wanted it to be fall of Paul and it's just not working out that way.

We'll get there at the summer of Paul where we started with First and Second Corinthians.

We read Galatians and Ephesians and Ephesians and today is week one day one

Philippians. I'm so excited to finally be at this book. Amanda, what do you think?

I think that Paul was prolific. Like I think about Paul the human, the actual

person who sat down to write these letters and it's such a gift and I am thankful for him and his

obedience he is not God he was not a perfect man, only Jesus was perfect.

But he was a gift to the church.

And the way that he reflected Jesus

by preaching the gospel, right, the good news, and then caring, continuing

to care for the people that he spoke to and reached to and had relationships with.

And so I find myself feeling like impressed by the way that he is able to continue relationship.

Like relationships are difficult, right?

Even with phones, they're difficult.

Or maybe especially, I don't know.
