like our mental state as we deal with what seems to be a never-ending avalanche of news stories, a lot of them bad,

a lot of them stressful, and how we cope with that.

And here's a question for you to think about.

If you're in an airplane and you're flying into a storm, do you want the pilot to be very well

trained, an expert, and very serious about what they do? Or would you just be satisfied with

someone who just started flying a week earlier? Well, I think that's a fairly obvious question, but it brings up
