0:59.5	My co-host this week, as always, is Cleveland area attorney and sometime Republican strategist, Jay Carson.
1:13.0	Our top story this week is More Police Violence, where on Monday, a grand jury decided to not indict two Cleveland police officers in November 2014 shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice. And in Chicago, there have been protests and calls for the resignation of Mayor Rahm Emanuel after police killed two people the
1:18.6	day after Christmas. Now, the Chicago incident comes after more than a year of stonewalling from
1:23.4	city officials after the October 2014 killing of Laquan McDonald, who was shot 16 times by
1:30.3	Chicago police. So more police violence, more questions about the fairness of these proceedings.
1:38.8	What do you make of all this, Jay? Well, I would say, first of all, we want to separate the two incidents. And the one I can tell you, I'm much more familiar with because it happened just a couple miles from where I live. That being the Tamir Rice situation. And what happened recently last week was the grand jury declined to issue an indictment against
2:04.8	the police officer.
2:07.1	And the prosecutor essentially was supportive of that decision.
2:12.6	So we've had some protests here in Cleveland, although not significant, not the volume that you've seen
2:19.1	in other places. And there's probably an interesting discussion we could have on that.
2:24.4	But, you know, I guess what troubles me is the sort of how this has been played in the media
