1:56.0 | skinny health care bill. The skinny bill is more or less a straight repeal of the Affordable Health Care Act, more or less. And this is a result of having a number of other bills that were getting shot down either from the right side of the party who didn't think that the bills were going far enough or were keeping too much of the Affordable Health Care Act in place, |
2:23.4 | and then getting shot down from more left-leaning members of the Senate and the Republican side. |
