Donald Trump and his people sort of let everybody know early on in the day yesterday, beginning on another morning show.

Kelly Ann Conway came out and said that Donald Trump is not going to prosecute Hillary Clinton the way that he said he was going to do on the campaign trail.

I think when the president elect, who's also the head of your party now, Joe, tells you before he's even inaugurated, he doesn't wish to pursue these charges.

It sends a very strong message, tone and content to the members.

Well, well, well, look at that.

After campaigning on locking her up, I mean, he even said it in one of the debates,

when she talked about being worried about Donald Trump having control of the Justice

Department, and he said, well, you'd be in jail.

So he's giving up on that campaign, that campaign promise, or is he?

If you believe, by the way, that just because Donald Trump says now that he's not going to try and lock up Hillary Clinton, that that's the end of the story.
