Hello and welcome to the Hegman Report for Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

My name is Peter Berry Chalkan, I'm guest hosting the program today for Doug Hegman.

Doug is feeling a little under the weather, but the worst part is that he has laryngitis

and you can hardly host a talk show when you have that.

So he's asked me to fill in for him today, and presumably for tomorrow Wednesday, May 5th.

Some of you may remember me from my many appearances as both a guest and a guest host on this program

in the past.

I'm an investigative journalist, a medical, political analyst, and an occasional broadcaster.

I write a lot for AmericanThinker.com, and I also appear in the media during the past year

on John B. Wells's programs often, including guest hosting his Saturday night nationally

syndicated tourist radio show, Arc Midnight.

I've also done videos with Jamie Glassoff, and I've been a guest on Fox News, One American

News Network, and the BBC.

In the first hour of the program today, I'll be sharing some reporting I've been

doing in recent weeks on issues that affect us all, and also, as I try to do to broaden

the discussion, looking between the lines at the real story with a respect for the history

that I've experienced and reported for over 57 years now.

And when people hear me say that I've been added for 57 years, many of them comment

something like Peter, you know, look at old, to have been added that long.

Well, it's amazing what you can do with makeup, lighting, and soft focus video.
